Milestone Birthday's and Baby Showers

We personally know how exciting birthday’s and celebrating the newest bundle of joy. Those first years fly by and we are here to tell you its completely okay to go a little over the top for the decorations when you want to celebrate!
  • 1 Complimentary design consultation with an estimated quote
  • 1 additional design consultation to finalize details after deposit has been made
  • Set-up and break-down
  • Local to North Texas & Metro Detroit
  • Process of design usually begins with backdrop, table display decor and balloons
  • Tables linen and decoration, party favors, gift box and dessert display available at additional cost
  • Customization of certain decor items available if booked 3 months prior to event date!
  • Any customized items are keepsake items for you.

Weddings Out of State

We love to travel and would love to come to you or your chosen location of choice for your wedding to make sure you have a phenomenal day.
This package applies to anyone that is not local to the state of Texas(North Texas) or Michigan(Metro Detroit).
  • Complimentary initial design consultation and estimated quote
  • 2 additional Complimentary online meetings to go over the the details. One after deposit has been made and one 6 weeks prior to event
  • One on-site visit either done with our team or with the client once contract has been signed
  • Set-up and break-down
  • Customization available if booked within 3 months prior to event date, and these items are yours to keep for lifelong memory
  • Designs are usually (but not limited to) guest tables, couple’s stage decor, sweetheart table, aisle
  • Dessert displays, escort cards, seating charts are available at an additional cost
  • Media items such as digital printing of place cards, menu and programs available at an additional cost
  • Sangeet/Haldi, Wedding Ceremony and Reception are all considered separate events if there are any changes that will be made/happen on different dates

We would love to come to you to decorate and put a special touch to your day. Please contact us to set up a consultation to see how we can better assist you! Additional travel fees will apply. This may include, but is not limited to, airfare, accommodation, transportation while traveling, food/beverage. Details upon agreement will be finalized in the contract.

Dessert Displays

Z Lotus also  offers gorgeous custom dessert displays, providing your guests with a sweet ending to your special day! We bring an eye for detail and the love of sweet treats to the planning process, ensuring that your dessert buffet is both memorable and delicious. In an effort to shop local and provide the scratch bakeries.
We will work together to utilize beautiful glassware, platters, linens, custom signage and decorative details o build your dessert display.
Our process is simple – you tell us about your wedding and choose your treats, and we will design the display, source all of the sweets and provide the supplies. On the day of your event, we will set-up, restock, and tear down after the party is over. It’s that easy!
Our Dessert Displays include:
  1. Candy, baked goodies, or both!
  2. Beautiful glassware, vases and platters
  3. Tongs and scoops
  4. Goodie bags
  5. Cocktail napkins
  6. Table linen
  7. Decorative signage
  8. Set-up and break-down
  9. Small, “cutting” wedding cake, if desired

The Take Over Package (Full planning):

  • We are here with you from the moment you start the planning process until you end the night as the new couple!
  • Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
  • Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
  • Ceremony + reception venue location
  • Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings
  • Contract review
  • Vendor management
  • Designing or assistance in all printed materials
  • Tracking of guest RSVP
  • Help with creating a wedding website
  • Coordinating accommodations and transportation
  • General advice and consultation
  • Unlimited meetings and contact time
  • Attendance at vendor meetings
  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

  • Vendor management
  • Designing or assistance in all printed materials
  • Coordinating accommodations and transportation
  • General advice and consultation
  • Unlimited meetings and contact time

  • Coordinating day of events
  • Coordinate load in & load out
  • Handling any unforeseen hiccups
  • Confirming last minute details
  • Providing an Emergency kit (keepsake)
  • At least 2 in person meetings OR video calls
